Invest Region Leipzig again presents promising investment opportunities at Expo Real 2023 in Munich
Leipzig, 28 September 2023 - The economic landscape of the Leipzig region, represented by Invest Region Leipzig GmbH (IRL), is continuing its successful course and will once again present the investment advantages at Expo Real 2023 in Munich. From 04 to 06 October, the internationally renowned real estate and investment fair will take place under the motto "Innovate, Invest, Grow - Shaping the Future of Investment".
Last year, the Leipzig region already enjoyed great success at Expo Real. The presentation of commercial sites and project developments from the district of Leipzig and the city of Leipzig met with great interest from investors from a wide range of sectors. This year, the IRL will again present marketable commercial sites in the Leipzig region, for example from the towns of Colditz, Wurzen, Markkleeberg, Geithain, Zwenkau, Thallwitz and Großpösna. In addition, the IRL, together with the city of Leipzig, will promote the BioCity Campus Leipzig, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year and is continuously growing.
The Leipzig region has already established itself as one of the most promising investment locations in Europe and was awarded 4th place in the category "fDi's Small European Regions of the Future 2023 - FDI Strategy" in the "European Cities and Regions of the Future" ranking by fDi Intelligence (Financial Times). This award reflects the economic, financial and business strengths of the Leipzig region on an international level.
