]init[ AG for digital communication from Berlin opens location in Leipzig

This month, ]init[ AG moved into an office in the city centre of Leipzig to strengthen its presence in Central Germany.

]init[ is a perfect mix of digital agency and IT service provider, headquartered in Berlin. With over 1,200 employees and various awards, the company is one of the top digital agencies in Germany.

The new location in Leipzig creates a place of encounter and co-creation for the more than 40 employees in the region. This strengthens cohesion within the company and fosters employees’ loyalty in the long term.

The eighth location within Germany is part of the company's growth strategy. The new office in Leipzig positions ]init[ as an attractive employer and strengthens its proximity to customers and partners in the region of Central Germany. The team around the Leipzig location is also expected to grow further in the future.

In times of a shortage of skilled workers, ]init['s concept seems to work. It offers its employees a lot of freedom and flexibility through a remote work concept. However, the company has recognised that employee loyalty is important - what could be better than offering an office with modern work areas, meeting zones, a lounge and a large kitchen, which is ideally located just a few minutes from Leipzig's main railway station.
