Cooperation with ecoPARKS

Joint marketing of sustainably designed commercial spaces

Leipzig, 8 February 2024 - Invest Region Leipzig GmbH (IRL) and ecoPARKS GmbH signed a cooperation agreement in December 2023 to support the letting of commercial space at ecoPARK Leipzig-West in Markranstädt.

ecoPARKS develops and realises sustainable commercial and industrial properties that combine economic and ecological aspects. ecoPARK Leipzig-West is conveniently located close to the A9, A38 and B186 motorways. Around 10,000 m² of state-of-the-art commercial and office space is currently still available to rent in the commercial and multi-user park, which covers a total of around 30,000 m². The anchor tenant of the new hall complex is Skeleton Technologies, the technology company from Estonia, which decided in favour of ecoPARK in Markranstädt in 2022 when looking for a production site for its innovative high-performance capacitors and was supported by the IRL in setting up the site. The space can be divided up flexibly, making it ideal for companies of different sizes and industries.

ecoPARKS operates nationwide and develops business and industrial parks in conurbations and at transport hubs. Tenants of ecoPARKS thus benefit from optimal connections to the most important markets and customers.
